First entry

Well, this is the first entry of translating Denkou. I'm DenkouNova, and I translate stuff from Japanese to English. I'm a computer engineering student, but I found out I love translating stuff so I might get a degree in that later.

I'm a JLPT-2 level (didn't take the actual test though), which means I know a bit over 1000+ kanji and am pretty good in grammar overall. It means I'm not perfect but I have a Japanese friend to back me up in those few parts I have trouble with =3.

Oh, I can't speak Japanese much. This really sucks. I have no sentence encoding skills. I need to practice goddammit.


I'm currently translating two old anime series:
Combat Mecha Xabungle, which you can see here
and Heavy Metal L-Gaim which you can see here somewhere.
I'll be posting them as they arrive too.

I translated some other things before:
DearS episode 10 DVD in [Puuruukuwa] back in 2004 (my god, it took me several hours, and it sucked)
two Mai HiME hentai doujinshi in 2004
two episodes of Moetan that never saw light of day in 2007
Minami-ke Okawari with [Aho-Neko Subs] in 2007 (unfortunately not all were released in the end)
and lately one chapter of manga series Gokujyo (ごくじょ) in 2009.
